HORRIBLE! The app was down it took one hour ro get the truck and it did not have the equipment i poaid for in it and had NO GAS

Daniele OThe lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took time to explain everything carefully, and made sure I understood. She took me out to the truck and went over the operation of the vehicle and cargo door. The 10-foot truck ran smoothly. It was almost as easy as driving a mini-van!
