Nobody was at the location when I arrived. I had to call and have someone come over from another location. The trailer left brake and turn signal light was inoperable.

James PWe had a late night reservation up for a 26 ft. truck we arrived to pick it up at 1 am and there were 3 trucks but no keys in the lock box. No one answered the after hours phone #. I was told I'd receive a phone call from the regional manager within 72 hours, it's been double that... no call, but they did charge me $700. Horrible experience.
TIM GMy reservation did not have insurance, but I was charged insurance. The app did not find location, so I had to see the staff inside and did not realize that additional charges. SHADY!
