I would give this location 5 stars, but they are being pulled down mostly due to the pain of using the Uhaul app, which is clumsy at best. I did an early pickup before the office was open and it took more than 20 minutes to check in and then wrestling with the padlock on the key box. It was hard to see early in the morning and there was no lighting near the box. Fortunately, an office worker showed up early and was able to get the key. I ordered moving pads but they were not in the truck. If the office worker had not showed up, and I hadn't checked the back of the truck I would have been out of luck.
