Brian RInitially overcharged and had to speak with the employees 3 times to have it corrected, they never figured out how they made the mistake and over charged me.
BENJAMIN FStaff were wholly uninterested in receiving the return and I had to ask multiple times to be shown where to put it. Then, apparently it was not checked into the uhaul system for 2 days which resulted in calls and emails from uhaul saying I had not returned it. Very frustrating.
