They would not move the truck and it was parked in a line with other trucks. The truck was only one quarter full of gas. Dirty inside and out.

There ought to be a buffer or grace period on returns. We were 15 minutes late and were charged for another whole day.

Charles PThe equipment was very worn and parts of it were not functional. The logo's on the outside were falling/shredding off and hanging off the trailer. The hitch was very rusted and I had a hard time turning it to lock it in place. The back door of the trailer I rented was malfunctioning and would roll up too far back and get stuck. I called the store to tell them and no one ever tr5ied calling me back. When I returned it, I again told them and they literally just nodded. I have already told my friends to not rent from this location.
