There was no equipment to rent, which I learned about a day prior to picking up the truck. I also returned the truck with excess gas but of course thats my loss because I can't even get a return call from this place. It also took 45 minutes to get the truck because i had to wait in line because the app was not working. This was a frustrating experience overall. I will be using the Lodi location next time.

ANDRIA HHUGE thank you to the person who was working Airport Road (I'm sorry, I forgot her name!) as she was incredibly helpful and made the rental so easy. Online was giving me difficulties, so I called in and she made the last minute rental so effortless. Vehicle was clean and full of gas, and it was an easy drop off as well. Would highly recommend!
