Absolutely no help tp move process along. Asked to show me where the truck was located and the rep stated "the number is in the key". In other words, figure it out yourself. They also didnt provide the password to the rear lock which prompted us to have to return to the U Haul location to get it. Rep had zero interest in assisting or going somewhat above his job description to create a positive experience for a customer.

Not equipped with what we needed. Uhaul made changes to my reservation that made my experience harder, made us drive farther and had to visit multiple locations because they didn't have what the equipment we reserved. Also the changes cost us additional charges that took multiple calls and emails to reverse the charges.
