Rep couldn't have been a nicer gentleman. Awesome location at intersection and serves neighboring Barrington very well. Nice to not have to go to the travel center location in the center of East Providence, which requires lots of redlights and can only pull out of their lot to the right.

Location staff was inexperienced with how to work the U-Haul system, they were unfamiliar with the equipment and process. I would not use this location again or recommend it to anyone.
