My reservation starts at 9:00am but the store doesn’t open until 9:30am The van is very old and in a bad shape that has no value in the market Agent didn’t bother to go through the check list of vehicles status neither bother to check it when return Charged me gas although I already filled it with gas that I used I wouldn’t recommend renting from this location

The only complaint I have is that the U-Haul App didn't work. I had to get someone on the phone or Chat online to get the keys and to return the keys.

Stephen BThis van had almost 180K miles on it. It is not fit to be on the road. When I rented this van, I was handed the key and pointed to the van with no walk around. The windshield and engine hood was covered in snow. The rear step bumper and license plate were also covered in snow. This snow covering made the step into the box very difficult and dangerous to get into the box. When we pulled around to our storage unit and opened the box which was difficult because the door did not move as intended, there was an inch of snow extending at least 3 feet into the box. Clearly the box had not been cleaned since the last renter as the 2-wheel hand truck was loose and rolling around in the box. The plastic tie wraps were laying on the floor of the box. The driver's door does not close properly from the inside.
