This van had almost 180K miles on it. It is not fit to be on the road. When I rented this van, I was handed the key and pointed to the van with no walk around. The windshield and engine hood was covered in snow. The rear step bumper and license plate were also covered in snow. This snow covering made the step into the box very difficult and dangerous to get into the box. When we pulled around to our storage unit and opened the box which was difficult because the door did not move as intended, there was an inch of snow extending at least 3 feet into the box. Clearly the box had not been cleaned since the last renter as the 2-wheel hand truck was loose and rolling around in the box. The plastic tie wraps were laying on the floor of the box. The driver's door does not close properly from the inside.

I would like reimbursement on my card. I was overcharged for miles❗ Even after returning to the Avon location on Mon Jan 19th, to show & verify my picture of odometer & gas level, while pre checking the vehicle & to set up early drop off. (The Original Picture wasn't uploaded because of a (poor cell signal), during a snow storm Friday Jan 17th, 2026. Some pictures uploaded, some didn't. We discussed how, Trip B miles where listed on my contract... Instead of actual odometer mileage for my sprinter van rental. The miles where input incorrect, by someone checking in the vehicle, prior to my rental❗ I was told " No promises on the fix, he had to call someone to walk him through it". Please Advise, A frequent customer - being overcharged.

ANTHONY HCharge for equipment i didn't order or use, then told it would be 3 days before I would hear back from someone. App didn't work and we spent 45 minutes with representative. Very disappointed and poor customer service. My money was taken immediately, but no immediate resolution.
STEPHEN GThe web app did not work well. I needed to add my license 3 times before it updated. Then it still was incorrect at the pick up location.
