Originally had a reservation to pick up a truck from the u haul location and check it out with store staff as that's what I prefer. I got a call saying the truck I wanted wasn't available and needed to move locations. Okay, no problem. What staff failed to mention was it would be online check in at this new location which was super frustrating to do as I had no info emailed to me about the process and took 45mins after enough brute force. Annoyed
