agent was very efficient, kind & accommodating. this truck has apparently been the recipient of someone's stomach contents, deposited along one side wall. otherwise it was in good shape.

I had an issue with the billing on my rental. When I returned the truck, the employee told me everything was fine and the return was completed properly. Later I noticed charges that did not match what I was told at the location. The lack of clear communication and the billing discrepancy has been very frustrating. I would appreciate better transparency and accuracy so customers are not left trying to resolve unexpected charges after the fact.
