GEORGE HThe rental agent stated that I had the truck for 6 days for $478.29. I confirmed it with her four times. Then an agent called me to arrange a drop off and said I had it for only two days and then she proceeded to call me a “liar”. Not professional at all. Then I called u-haul to see what they had in their records. I was told to have it back by Sunday at 0857. I turned the truck in Saturday and the agent said I was a day early. Then u-haul charged me another $118.80. I contacted u-haul and the regional u-haul director was suppose to call yesterday. No call as of yet.
ROBERT BThe truck leaked a massive amount of oil on my driveway. I had to add one gallon of oil because it leaked so bad. I was later charged for two gallons of gas for only driving a total of 3 miles.
