I rented a trailer for moving from one city to another. The pickup location changed at least once after I rented the trailer, which was frustrating (we ended up having to drive several miles further to get the trailer). Later, when I tried to upload a picture of my drivers license, the website was down. When I went to pickup the trailer, the guy who normally handles trailer rentals wasn't there, so his wife had to help - I ended up hooking up the trailer myself (which wasn't a problem since I have experience doing that - it was just unexpected). So the pickup process took longer than normal.

The tank is only a quarter of a tank but with gas prices I understand I’m still waiting to find out how much of my deposit I get back though otherwise I’ve used them several times and they are great people located in Rock Island Illinois.

Misael GThe truck did not have a dolly when I went to pick it up and the location manager did not have any furniture pads (I had to go an hour later to another location to get some).
Jesse RThe liscense plate was hanging by one screw making it difficult to open and close the door. The taillight brake and turn signal didn’t work requiring me to have a third party fix it. The tire pressures on both tires were 1/2 of what they were supposed to be. Other than that, no furniture pads were available and the original pick up location was changed to this location by u-haul.
