DONALD KI rented a trailer for moving from one city to another. The pickup location changed at least once after I rented the trailer, which was frustrating (we ended up having to drive several miles further to get the trailer). Later, when I tried to upload a picture of my drivers license, the website was down. When I went to pickup the trailer, the guy who normally handles trailer rentals wasn't there, so his wife had to help - I ended up hooking up the trailer myself (which wasn't a problem since I have experience doing that - it was just unexpected). So the pickup process took longer than normal.
