We were scheduled to pick up the trailer at Sullivan Hardware in Winnebago. They had lots of trailers and no one in the store that knew how to check them out until 3 hours later. We were redirected to the Elm St. location where the seevice was good.

Great staff and very helpful
KYLE OBoth times I rented a U-Haul I was charged for insurance that I declined and haven’t received my refund. Another contract was written from the original one after I left as well.
