Had to drop off after hours on a Sunday after my initial drop off location would not accept the truck because their lot was almost full. I was then charged a refuel fee even though the truck was returned with more fuel than when picked up. Uhaul Customer service was helpful in getting the issue resolved

Excellent location
Timothy HWe were sent from our preferred drop off location (Erie, PA) 90 miles south of where we moved - after driving across the country and unloading we then had to take this back 90 miles away???? I am not sure why this was done with zero compensation offered to us - when we could have dropped at multiple places in the Erie, PA metro - the location in slippery rock was great but uhaul doing this was not.
