We were sent from our preferred drop off location (Erie, PA) 90 miles south of where we moved - after driving across the country and unloading we then had to take this back 90 miles away???? I am not sure why this was done with zero compensation offered to us - when we could have dropped at multiple places in the Erie, PA metro - the location in slippery rock was great but uhaul doing this was not.

They were able to get us the right size ball to hook onto our truck, as well as test all our connections to be sure they were compatible and would work with the trailer we rented. The day of pickup, they hooked up the trailer and answered any questions we had. They were helpful, professional and friendly! The trailer was in great shape and road very well on our cross country trip.
