The lock was almost impossible to get off of the lockbox. The blankets requested were not included. The app kept freezing and would not allow me to upload the requested videos and other information.

This is 7th email related to this transaction that’s a lot. This isn’t the locations issue but the UHaul’s system. More could have been done in the app instead of emails

Sandra TEverything was fine with the location and the staff. I did have problem with the U-Haul app uploading pictures of the trailer. Kept receiving error messages. Don’t think I was ever successful in uploading pictures. I was trying to do this during a nasty snow squall. Would have been nice just to take pictures and upload from memory in the comfort of my vehicle.
Thomas K8640 is not clearly marked on Apple map (too far in the north according to the map) and the truck parking spot is 50 yards away from the key drop box.
