I should have been told in Advance to download the uhaul app. Very long and complicated process to get the truck. Staff not helpful

The location was closed because very small, but we called someone who helped us right away for drop off
Kevin WWhile I was able to connect to Country rentals wifi making the long online pick up process a little easier. Guest wifi connection for droping off after hours would have been so much better. The drop off process was terribly long due to no wifi in the Keene NH drop off location. It made the online portion of drop off frustrating and long. I sat I the parking lot about 30 mins total for dropping off just to upload pics and milage. A mobile phone option via texts for drop offs and pick ups would be better for locations without internet availability.
Craig WLocation was closed but a phone number to their other location helped. They checked me in online and gave me the code to the lock box where I was to access the keys.
Dale PThe location was a satellite pickup. Which was country rentals . The women in the office was so incredibly helpful and patient!!!. She helped in explaining to us how to Book online and to return the truck also on line to save us money...would definitely rent from U-Haul and country rentals again..
