I had no issues with pickup or dropoff locations. Two issues that I would suggest to greatly improve your service; install cruise control and and back up cameras. Also some one should assess the type of brakes installed, I never had to brake hard during my trip but I am not sure I could stop in any difficult situation.
STEVEN MYour new AI phone system is flawed, please go back to human contact. AI was unable to locate my reservation number or phone number, not really sure of the purpose of having it. People who work there have always been great!
DANIEL SThe light cord was way too short.. we had to keep stopping to plug it back in... Although the man who hooked us up was very nice and kind he didnt offer a military discount . Apparently it was brought to our attention at the drop off as to why it wasn't offered.
