I cannot think of a better location for ease of hookup and drop off! The facility was clean, attendant pleasent and clean restroom.

GABRIEL LThe online pickup and return process is very complicated and time consuming. I can fully understand the business and legal requirements involved. However I suspect most users are very infrequent and so the experience is frustrating and baffling at times. The contrast to the in person experience is stark. I will hope that some creative innovators in your company can create a dramatic improvement.
