MARY DFriendly staff and located close to the area we were moving. The self-pick was terrible!!!! No help as the store was not open. The online system kept reloading. I spent well over an hour just taking the photo of the driver. Called customer service, said I hadn't reserved a truck at all. We had people waiting on us with the truck to help us. The vehicle only had a quarter tank of gas when we finally got in. Very frustrating and disappointing experience with UHaul.
BRYAN CHalf filled water bottle in cab, dirt on floor so wasnt clean. Gas remaining 82 miles...should be required to be returned full so people start with a full tank.
