Kudos to the older gentleman (gray hair, glasses) in the back who was so helpful and courteous.

The customer service representative I worked with was very helpful and friendly, the truck was clean and ran well, and the moving company that I hired through U-Haul did an awesome job!

My understanding was that the van could be held for up to 24 hours. However, the representative kept trying to get me to commit that it would be returned within 4-5 hours!! I found it a little bit annoying... :0( I confirmed that the van would be returned the same day.

I was told that I could leave my car on the UHaul lot for the couple hours that I needed the van, when I got there I was told I could park across the street in the shopping center and walk back across a very busy intersection to pick up the van.

equipment was clean 17" truck was not well maintained. I realize it was a truck U-Haul was trying to sale, however it did not drive that well, and I would not buy it. The staff was polite and displayed a great knowledge of the company business. Staff person from first day however assumed I knew everything I needed to know about a rental truck an appeared annoyed that I needed assistance and had several questions about the vehicle I was renting.

Get more people to work on Sunday afternoon. Having just one individual trying to handle multiple customers at the same time in an overcrowded parking area it was not only unsafe, but also contributed to a pissed off attitude from everyone around.

I had problems when talking to then main office in AZ. When I got to U-Haul and was greeted by Karina Barros all was great. Karina was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about the equipment.

When I arrived, my truck was not ready and needed to be checked in. I arrived at 1pm (my pick-up time), but did not receive the keys until 1:30pm. I was told my drop-off would be 5pm. When I asked why I wasn't given credit for the extra 30 minutes it took to get my truck ready, I was told "the paperwork was started at 1:00". I wasn't charged a late fee (I checked in at 5:07), otherwise I would not recommend. The person that I met when I dropped off was very nice and brought the rating up from the "poor" it would have been due to my check-in experience.

They need to check truck indicator light on dashboard -- there was a warning about rear tire. The agent just dismissed it and said nothing - even though the tire was somewhat flat.

I was told I could park my car at the location but that was a lie. I was then told by UHaul to park at a nearby shopping area and walk over to get the rental. I was not told where to drop off the truck and later was told I had to repair it. Service agent didn't initially want to take me to the rental and let me check it for damages before renting it. It was hard to find the entrance to the rental area from where I initially parked my car which was at the back. Better signage is needed. The second agent who checked my rental back in was very nice!

At the time of my arrival there were only two employees one at the service desk and the other (Karina) moving trucks and helping several other customers, however she managed to show great customer service. At one point she had to assist the young lady who was working the desk and another gentleman who walked in on his lunch break with not much time to spear. She politely let him know that she was the only one at the present time certified to meet his needs and it would be a while. I believe because of her professional manor and the option of returning at a later time provide him the service he needs he gladly accepted. That to me was outstanding. Keep up the great work.

Two truck reservations one week apart and made 2 months in advance were messed up and that led to us needing a 3rd rental to finish moving all of our belongings. Called customer service to inquire about the gaurenteed reservation or get a 50$ credit and no one has contacted me since(3 weeks ago) . If this is not resolved I do not think I will be giving them our business anymore. Personell were friendly for the most part and one man did everything he could to help but the truck we needed was not reserved as promised and thats ok if they followed through on there guaranteed with a 50$ credit...but they did not...twice :/

The good: staff did their best to move customers through the line quickly. When the line got pretty long, a second staffer came to the counter to help. The bad: a second: the second staffer upon opening her register called for the person "next in line" to come to her register. Then, once the customer got to her station, she left him hanging there while she asked everyone in the store if anyone was renting a trailer. Switch the order of these seventh and all would have been fine, but that was just poor customer service. The ugly: Idiot customer with a big-ass truck is renting or returning a car trailer and leaves his whole rig right in the middle of the drive way cutting two lanes of ingress and egress to the back lot of the store to a single lane. Staff person escorts idiot customer from his truck to the inside of the store, effectively authorizing idiot customer's shitty parking decision. One lane to get in and out could be fine if the world were not loaded with idiots. Second idiot customer coming into the store decides to park right in front of the first idiot's truck completely blocking all ingress and egress from the store's back lot. Customers who rented equipment were all stuck until second idiot awakened from his coma and moved his car. Staff was not to blame for idiot number two, but had the staffer who helped idiot number one been remotely on their game and told idiot number one to fix their shitty parking decision, idiot number two would not have been able to block the remainder of the road.
