The individual who disconnected my trailer was fine, he did his job quickly and is not the basis for this review. However the front desk staff was terrible. I entered the store and there was only one other customer, and one employee who was sanitizing a card reader. That employee never greeted either of us and abruptly walked away, two minutes later another front desk employee entered the room and didn't say anything either. Finally when prompted, she told me that if I was returning the trailer that I needed to be out back. So, I spent 5 or 6 min in the store waiting to find out that I never needed to be in the store. They need better customer service skills.Adam D.

Online Check in and out went flawlessly. One problem was that the truck did not have the dolly that we reserved. However the very nice guy who I interacted with (he wore an orange knit cap over big puffy hair) promptly refunded it. All in all a very smooth, quick, friendly and professional experience. Currently the construction is horrendous. I wish I had known. I spent 20 minutes looking for parking. Then when I went to get my van, i wasn't in the system. In the meantime, the staff was helpful. Wasted a lot of time. Van was in good shape. Your online system needs some work.DEAN G.
When customer is receiving vehicle, actually guide them to the vehicle, don't just point it out and expect the customer to find the vehicle for themselves. Also, have a way from customs to walk to the back from within the store, don't have your customer walk around the store. That location charge $51.20 to my debate account for no reason 3 days after I paid in full for the van rental, mileage and taxes in full in the amount of $90.89. Causing me to inquire in person and they couldn't find the charge in their system. I had to resolve it with my bank and request a new debit card with new number so this won't happen againStephen M.

An all around great experience. I reserved a van the night prior and it couldn't have been easier. Pickup and drop off was simple. The gentleman working the counter was polite and got me set up quickly. At drop off, a lady and gentlemen were cleaning out a recently returned truck and stopped what they were doing to help me return the van. They were polite and cordial.
