I brought the van back with the same gas that I had when i picked it up, which was almost full but not full. I was then charged $4.25 for gas. I emailed the company immediately asking why i was charged for the gas. I received an email reply from Moses Karkenny saying he would refund the gas charge if i could show the gas receipt. I replied immediately to him that I did not have a gas receipt because it was never mentioned that i would need one. I never got a reply from him and was still charged for the gas. To me it is very unprofessional to never reply back to a customer. Its basically disregarding their issue and saying they dont matter even though I feel like a mistake was made on Uhauls part. Needless to say Uhaul lost a customer as a result of this.

I attempted to use the online check-in process. There are a couple of things that should be worked out specifically for this location. 1. Put all of the trucks of the same size either in the front OR in the back. Having them separated makes it difficult to find a truck. It was handy that I could keep clicking 'I can't find my truck' to get a new one...but it's still not optimal. 2. Get an electronic or code-protected key holder. I had to go to the front and wait in the line even though the whole purpose of using the electronic self-serve was to avoid the line. To be fair, while I was in the line, I was called up by the service deck agent and I didn't need to wait in the line very long, so it wasn't as bad as it could have been, but it wasn't as smooth as it could have been either.

Staff should be informed & trained on the self check out process. Was told I had to wait in a 20 min line after completing all the steps in self checkout just to get a key. Which cut into my rental time. Wasn’t able to leave until after 9:30. Also, there should be more than 2 people when the line is very long. There needs to be enough staff to help out.

I love that I could add in movers to the experience. This was very helpful and I will definitely use this service again!

When I rented the Uhaul truck it was clean on the inside. However once I got on the highway and began to drive the truck. It would make noises like something was wrong with the transmission. The truck was making funny noises and sometimes jerked back and forth when coming to a stop. Additionally, when I reported this issue when dropping the truck off, the representative seemed like they knew they rented me a faulty truck and charged me $1.69 for the extra mileage instead of $.40. My first experience was excellent. However, this experience was dangerous and unpleasant. I am disappointed

I really needed two furniture dollies, reserved them, did the advanced check-out, and arrived early. But by 8:30 AM I am told there are no furniture dollies. U-Haul person said they are subject to availability. I said you should have 100 of these so you never run out. Very lame.

I was told the gas level was just under a quarter tank and that although I had to bring it back with a quarter tank of gas, I got a credit toward the fact that I didn't get it with a quarter tank, which I appreciated. However, it was almost bone dry. The range was 26 miles so I had to get gas immediately. I indicated on the online application that I had to go 50 miles with the van. It would have been convenient if I got a vehicle that had enough gas to go that distance. Filing up twice was an inconvenience. The van also needed an oil change per the display. That should have been done before renting the vehicle out. Otherwise, I always rent from this location and will continue to.

I was charged $5 for a dolly and $5 for pads which I never requested nor was provided. I need the $10 refunded back to my credit card. Thank you,

At the drop off site, the service person outside did not want to give me a final receipt (to include extra miles and the return gas level). I went to the office to ask for the receipt. The person behind the counter (Safora) had me waited for a long time. When I asked what are you doing, she answered back " I am sitting how about you" and she and another person behind the counter started to laugh as it was very funny. Eventually I got a printed receipt with mileage and gas details and extra charges on my credit card.

Staff was unfriendly. It took a while for them to figure out which truck they were going to give us, and I made the reservation weeks in advance. Left side mirror was broken and when we made them aware of it when we got back to the location the response was "it's ok".

The skip the counter website absolutely did not work!! It is an embarrassment for such a loathe company to have a failed system!

The 17 foot truck I reserved was not available However the person at the front desk sent me back to the parking lot anyway to look for the truck Knowing full well it was not there Instead I had to drive a 26 foot truck Terrible experience overall

I paid for a hand dolly and they only had appliance dollys. I spent $10 on a complete useless dolly for moving boxes as I asked for. When I asked they basically went " tough shit that's all we have". How does a uhaul center Have zero hand tricks? I want my money back on that hand truck. Also most of the front employees don't give a shit at all.

The girl at the front desk was on the phone with a customer and when she hung up said "I hate people".
