This location was awful to rent from. My usual location didn’t have the size truck I needed, the guy didn’t know how to check the truck out. I spent over an hour trying to rent the truck. I returned the truck about 12 hours later and then it was an additional 14 hours before the truck was actually returned in the system and I got the final bill for mileage. Awful experience. Would not recommend.

Clerk spoke little English, making communication extremely difficult. Eventually, I understood him to say just leave the trailer, all was fine. I was still uneasy with the drop off process, so called U-Haul customer service and described the situation and my concern that our trailer was not being properly checked in. The customer service representative confirmed our drop off and said we were good to go. Several days later I received a communication from U-Haul that my trailer was overdue. I communicated back to them the date and time we had dropped the trailer off, and a couple days later received a notification that the rental has been closed out. I was grateful that when I dropped the trailer off I took several pictures of it as well as a video showing where I was, where it was, and the station that it was left at, but fortunately I didn’t need to use that. It should not be this hard!
Keith BI went online and it showed no trailer available . I drove by and they clearly had 2 available,so the internet site was wrong There was no one to check equiptment,in or out, or make any mechanical couplings or safety checks The clerck gave me a phone number to call locally , but I got no answer, and by the time I went online, and went to another U haul location, The owner finally called, and the other location, which showed the trailer I needed, did not have the trailer. So I wasted a lot of time , and gas running around looking for the right trailer Now, all that being said, I did manage to get the trailer I needed, and I completed my days work on time Also the Loation on Highway 411 is a super convienient location for a u haul So my review is a mixed bag
Linn AReserved online same as I've done many times before but have never picked up from this location. Guy at the counter told me I had to have a paid confirmation email instead of a reservation confirmation email. Tried canceling reservation then reserved again in front of the guy, still said that was incorrect. Call uhaul and the lady even said he didn't know what he was doing and tried to talk him through it but he wouldn't do as he was told. The lady told me to hook trailer up and sent link to submit photos of trailer hooked up and region managers number to submit payment. Will never use this location for anything again
