No one knew what was going on. I spoke to the store manager and he said someone would be available to help hook the car hauler to the truck. The lady running the store had no clue. I hooked it up myself. The rear chain on the hauler was defective and I pointed it out to her. Clueless. I would like a discount for having to deal with clueless people.

We had a blow out which crest hardship for us and to top it off, I was approved for an hour and a half extra to get the trailer back however they still charged me although it was their fault they rented a faulty equipment
