THOMAS RYour app sucks! It’s too slow, requires internet or cellular, freezes up, resets and starts over frequently. I hate it! I intentionally chose a location where I could check-in at the desk with a clerk and avoid the hassle but the app screwed that up too and allowed a desk check in at a location without a U-Haul employee present. Very inconvenienced! Missed my appointment because of app delays! Fix this please!

JOSEPH LI had the absolute worst Uhaul experience. After my location, time and truck choice were all changed the day before my reservation, I discovered that I was unable to pick up the vehicle when I needed it, even after I was reassured by the location that it wouldn’t be a problem. After being on hold for over 40 minutes, I was finally assisted by Dyna. She was very helpful in changing the pickup time. Once we got the new location with the new time of 9am, it then took an additional 30 mins for a Uhaul representative to contact my husband for verification. In addition, the truck I was given wasn’t big enough to accommodate my needs and made it very challenging to load. My original reservation was for 7:30, we left with vehicle at 9:30. I was given a 9 foot van when I reserved a 10 foot. I am a very unhappy customer.
