There was no dolly though we were charged for it and the ramp was missing. It took over an hour to log in to get the truck. I see why the other reviews rated this location a 2/3.

The first location did not have the equipment as promised and the dealer did not give a damn. In fact, the contract, at that time, was in Susan LaPointes name, but the man at Elite Auto Repair would not acknowledge her. She stepped forward to talk to him and he went around her to get to me. Very sexist man. Bad for business.
