There was minimal space to drop off the truck outside the gate. Despite the fact that the truck was clean and the gas level was at the same level as at pickup, they charged a cleaning fee (for "broken glass" that was not there when I dropped it off) and a gas fee for several gallons.
JESSE WThis was the most awful and stressful experience I have ever had renting a truck. My reservation was canceled without my knowledge by the person that made it- had I not called to rent a bigger truck I wouldn’t have known. They could never confirm a pickup destination and finally after I picked it up my email said to return it to a totally different city. I do not recommend u haul because of the lack of communication, lack of professionalism and dealing with several people without listening skills.
PATRICIA SThere was nowhere to park the U-Haul after hours and no way to contact someone after hours for assistance. Looking back, I should have called during regular business hours, however, we weren't sure we would be dropping it off that night.
