This location is great. The staff here are amazing The uhaul app is TERRIBLE. I was unable to take drop off photos of the interior and exterior because my phone locked as I was trying to get out of the truck. When I opened the app again 1 minute later, it had already completed my return. When picking up the truck neither the app nor webpage would provide the pickup option. The uhaul customer service number stated “technical difficulties” and the live chat took an hour to get through to someone who could help. I selected the option to “request a call back” and was not called until hours later after I already had the truck and was moving. The delay from waiting for the pickup option to work in the app cost me $200 with the movers I had booked who were waiting on me to arrive. This experience with uhaul (not the business from which I rented) was an utter disappointment.

My answer on the drop off is “maybe.” I was dropping off during business hours and called ahead to let them know I was coming - I left a voicemail. No one was at the store when I arrived and I had to call again to get a code to get in. Once I reached someone I was sent a text with pictures and help instructions. It was a cute place, but I never went inside.
