I reserved a 26 ft a week before to come in that morning and find out they didn’t have the key asked if they had a different truck was told no but saw the girl open one up went to her and asked her if I could get that 20 ft was told ok asked her inside I asked if you had another truck and you told me no she said I meant no to another 26ft. Got the keys and asked her which one was the one she gave me from the lot she could’ve said the 2nd one but said the numbers are on the truck. Very poor customer service lost about 30 minutes there. Don’t understand the point of making reservations

The lockbox location should be noted on the drop off instructions. Annotating that it is tucked away on the side of the building by the breaker box could have saved us some time in the drop off process. Our drop off was after the business was closed so we did not have personnel to assist.
