Unfortunately for the first time ever, the back lift panel was sticking at about an inch about the base and the only way to get it past that point was to get a ladder and stand, precariously, above it and reverse the process to get it closed. It was just one of those annoyances that delays the moving process, but it did work in the truck was running well. Additionally, when the issue was brought to the sites attention it was promptly acknowledged and I was very satisfied with the resolution. This site has a friendly, knowledgeable, team. This was just a tiny blip on a long-standing strong rental relationship with this location. I will back to rent again next month with no hesitation.

Office hours fit my needs and the virtual interview with the person to return my unit was quick and responsive. They directly me correctly to my spot that they wanted the trailer parked with no backing up the trailer. They also asked me if I needed help unhitching the trailer and had an employee at the spot to un-hitch the trailer.
