There was no one at this location. All the check-in was done with the U-Haul app.This would have been ok if U-Haul would have advised before I arrived. I didn’t know where to park the truck to start with. I went inside the office and there were no instructions that I immediately saw. I was confused with the photo requests. The first photo request was for the interior of the cab for driver side cleanliness. The next photo asked for the driver side photo again, so I took the photo again. Then I realized the second photo should have been for the outside of the truck. I could not go back on the app to take the correct photo. I muddled through after I understood why all the photos were required. My suggestion to U-Haul is if a pickup or drop off location is not manned, please advise the renting person of what to expect at each location and what information is to be provided. Other than this, the rental was perfect.

Jeff GWhen I was there 6:18p store door was locked and store hours was saying 8-7p. There were a pp inside but they still did not unlock the door.
CAGDAS OIt’s only 24/7 truck share which is fine but because I thought it was pickup with a representative my appt was 5:00pm. Had I known they only did 24/7 truck share I would have made sure the person that scheduled the pickup would have done the reservation for after 10:00pm..knowing I needed it for one day but since I automatically got placed for 5:00pm during their regular business hours I was forced to pay for two days which is annoying. The didn’t even have a representative onsite which makes it even more annoying. I rent from Uhaul a lot, probably close to $1 million spent on Uhaul trucks in 15 years. Thank you.
