EVANGELINA BThe lock box that had the key for the rental was either damaged or really old and struggled to get the key out of the box. Even with the code provided the lock box would not open. Had to go thru the numbers around the code given to try and open lock box. Also the rental that was given to me had a very bad alignment and possibly the passenger front wheel bent that cause the uhaul to feel very floaty.

MARA SWe dropped off the truck an entire day before it was due.And we were charged extra days because there was no one there to check it in which was entirely not our fault.Quite a scam you're running. I will never use u haul again.
