I was ripped off on gas by the manager. He couldn't even look me in the eye. His CSR totally agreed with me.



This was my worst experience with Uhaul. Your employees are not very helpful. They simply don't care about the customer. At the location and over the phone. It took me over 30 minutes to get help from customer service. I called multiple times and was transferred multiple times.



Have the van wash and clean for the next customer. It was very dirty especially outside.

Rita was super sweet n helpful. Truck nice n clean. Great a/c n stereo. Glad they have Dolly's in the truck or I'd be in big trouble! And $7/day is a great deal. They made my move easy...Not including labor! Lol. I will recommend this location to everyone.



the only issue i had was with the dollie being in the truck in the mount to be used if needed but since i did not need it it took too much room and prevented placing something in that area.

Staff was courteous and helpful. We returned the truck and drove away then received a call from Juan to let us know he had found a key on the floorboard. It was the key to one of our vehicles. Saved us the stress and time of having to figure out where we lost it.



After the fiasco with the bad lock not locking let alone NOT CLOSING, this location gave me a substantial credit/discount on my rental due to lost decor down the road and a back door that just would not close...I had to use a bungee cord to make sure no more of my equipment was lost. Its a good idea to check these handles before driving off....I didn't do it but will on future rentals

I've been very pleased with this U-Haul site which is why I only use when I need a trailer or moving truck. But, this past experience was very different. I reserved the truck online so I could stop by and pick it up at 5 to get some moving done before it got dark. I signed the contract and was about to drive out of the lot when I realized the gas gauge was on empty...but the agreement I signed said 1/2 tank of gas. Thinking I may have gotten in the wrong truck I got out and went back inside. It was the right truck. I mentioned that I was in a hurry but if the truck is on empty that means I'm going to have to stop and get gas before I start moving since I don't know how far the truck will go on empty. The person that check me out was a little puzzled. He was quick to tell me that, "Technically, we are only required to have a quart of gas in the truck." Later I realized he may have said quarter tank even though that's not what it sounded like. But even then, the gas gauge was on the E. The truck was clean but seems like no attention was given to fill it up and make it ready for a customer who reserved it ahead of time. Based on my previous experience, I expected something like, "Wow, I am sorry to see that. I imagine you are on a tight schedule so I apologize for the inconvenience. Let me see if we can get some gas in it quickly or if another truck is available. Would that be okay?" Instead the policy was shared with me about how little gas can be in the tank and it's acceptable. When I returned it that evening, I pulled up at about 6:55, found a place to park, and went to go turn it in. The same person that I talked with earlier saw me and started repeated that I would have to do a night drop. Another gentlemen and I were a little confused since we weren't sure what he was talking about. Putting the statement in context would have been more helpful than repeating it loudly. He said that any returns after 7 are a night drop and I have to drop my keys in the garage door (which was still up). I mentioned that I (and the other guy) both arrived before 7 but it didn't matter to your employee. No apology. No anything. Really? Wow, customer service doesn't exist now. Can he not even say something like, "Hey, it's great to have you back. I hope you moving went well. We weren't expecting back for several hours so we just shut down the computers. I am so sorry. We'll have to do it as a night drop which means we'll check it in in the morning. I hope that isn't a huge inconvenience - we do appreciate your business." I'll probably not make a reservation next time but call an ask who I'm speaking with. In the past I've dealt with African American guy with dread locks - he understands customer service. If he isn't there I may try a different U-Haul or take my chances with Lowes or Home Depot. The previous time about a month ago, I return the truck around 6pm and left my $400+ battery on the dash board. I came back but store was closed at 7pm. I left note at the door and come back first thing in the morning and was told the guy was not in that date. I ended up lost it. This time, the truck broke down at 3am. Took 1.5 hours for rescue to come in. Took 0.5 hours to fix. I ended up with double mileages and double gas to make second trip to come back to pick up my stuff cauz I missed the apptime when I got there (almost got there and truck broke down). Store mgr. refused to refund extra mileages... :))

The person who looked up my reservation and gave the truck was very rude and unfriendly. Never apologized for reservation mess up. This was my first time visit to this place and certainly he made very bad impression of him as well as the company. Never had such bad customer experience. Rented a truck a week before in a different location and what a contrast from that location to this one. Certainly I would not recommend this location EVER to any of my friends or to community members. Just because I had planned my move I had to take the truck from this location otherwise I would not go there.

Was never told that the location chose to pick up didn't have what we needed until I called the day before to verify and then was charged more than my initial quote, even with discount offered it came out more. Contract did not work, had to wait almost 45 minutes to sign manual contract. Never inspected vehicle, was asked to authorize amount of gas in tank without looking at it. Truck had bad alignment and drove sideways the whole way. Lots of damage to truck but because we got the insurance we were told we didn't need to worry about the condition of the truck. However we pulled an auto dolly, so it could've been a problem.

During the return process, the person at the desk (there was only one today) spent 20-25 minutes providing directions to the customer in-front of me. That is great customer service for him but she didn't acknowledge I was there waiting. In my mind she should have started my return while she finished this guys directions (asking him to hold on a second). She had to go get someone to look over my truck so there was plenty of time waiting on that that she could have finished her directions. It just wasn't efficient, nothing that would stop me from using this uhaul again. With out that I would say this was an excellent experience.
