It was a Sunday so no workers were on duty , the place was very clean tho and got in and out in no problem

NELVIN EPlease make sure when reserving equipment that it is in fact at the location you had made reservations for , I was relocated twice and forced to drive more miles to retrieve the equipment no other problems
Gary BLindsay‘s auto parts was not part of the problem. I reserved a truck on Campbell Lane in Bowling Green Kentucky a week in advance three days prior to my date to pick up. They called me and told me I did not have a truck and give me another place to pick up a truck when we got to that place we still had no truck. This was all on Friday night after several phone calls were told we could have a truck at Lindsey‘s auto parts Saturday morning, an hour away from where we were at, I am not satisfied at all with the way you how does their business if this is the way you treat people I am very disappointed and will probably never do business with you again I believe that when you give someone your word and tell them that’s the way it’s going to be a good night change for any reason so far all I got from U-Haul is a bunch of lies just totally not satisfied with the service I received
