It was closed - but that wasn't the problem. The lot was very small and I was surprised I was able to park the truck in the space available - good recommendation for the truck! My wife had no place to park the car while she waited for me to get the U-Haul app (poor reception in that area) and take pictures for the checkin and key drop. This took way too long.
