My initial interaction was great! Once I returned the u-haul and dolly that I rented, dropped the keys off and left the property. I received a call on Monday stating that I did not return the dolly and accused me of stealing resulting in a $200 charge on my credit card. Only to find out someone else took it out the truck and returned it the following day.

I scheduled my pick up for 830 the place it open till nine when I got there he was still eating breakfast and let me know how you had to hurry to get there since I scheduled 830 if they didn’t want me picking it up at 8:30 then I shouldn’t be able to schedule it that way
