The site was supposed to open at 9AM, but there was no one there yet when I left at 9:30AM. I was just dropping off a trailer but there were 3 other customers who were picking up vehicles. I received an email receipt for the trailer at 10:13AM but they charged me $20 because I did not return the trailer to a person.
Howard LThe drop-off location that I chose was changed in the Uhaul app. The "Wild Bills" location that was assigned to me by Uhaul was difficult to determine entrance and drop off. The "office" was a table outside with two chairs....very shady!! I would not recommend dropping off or pickup at this location.
Andrea CI was able to pick up the trailer earlier than expected, and the lady was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the online price, and she corrected my final bill. Highly recommend Wild Bill's.
