This location was amazing, the staff here Duane, Nick and Kim were outstanding and courteous! They met my needs and beyond! A big shout out to them for informing me about my tools that I forgot in the back of the truck, it was a long day! I will be definitely back to this location because of the service and honesty! Great job team!

May be having more accessories available in store
PIERRE JI forgot my Oakley sunglasses on the front seat and they tried telling me they weren’t there. I know for 100% that they were. Than he cancelled my contract and was going to charge me for gas when I had more gas in the truck then when I got it! I’ll never deal with this location again. It was my third time and the second time I was there another customer was having issues with them and the police were on their way. They are very unprofessional and thieves.
Justin VI picked this location because it was not far off my travel route to return the trailer, and on my way I passed another location that was closer but did not show up as an option on the U-Haul website.
