Because you think that you’re gonna pay $40 for a U-Haul rental and then they take the $40 out of your account and then all of a sudden you get a bill after you turn it back in two hours early and they took out 80 more dollars. It’s crazy. It’s a set up and there needs to be somewhere that shows we’re about to charge you way more than you expect.
