The uhaul website let me make a reservation at Party Galaxy which is several miles north of my house. When I arrived at my scheduled time of 12:30, they were closed. Apparently they don't open on Saturdays at all. After waiting an hour and calling their number, I finally found a number for Uhaul. When I called they acknowledged the error and rescheduled me to Audio Concepts which is several miles south of my house. I appreciate the effort to find a trailer for me to rent; however, the website should be changed as this cost me 2 hours of my time and miles to react to the mistake. When I asked the UHaul rep on the phone how this happened they were unable to give a response. I will add that UHaul is my first call for renting trailers and this is the first issue I have ever had but one that should have been avoidable.
Michael NStaff was very rude and disrespectful to my brother at the time of drop off. I've heard several bad things about the staff there and now I see why. I will make sure if I have to ever drop off again in the Ruston area it want be at that location.
