There was a guy there that was extremely nice to us as I was having trouble with our reservation once I got it all figured out and we went back it was fine
jennifer gDefinitely stay away from dropping off at this location. There was nobody there. I returned the truck on a Tuesday morning and could not get my reservation closed out until the next day. Nobody answers the phone at this location; it took until the next day to close it out. Also, I got a hold of 3 representatives from different locations and advised them that I did not receive the dollies, and they all left notes, and I still got charged
REBECCA RYou did not have the truck size I had reserved three weeks early, notified me the day before and made me pick it up at a different location that was not near the original pick up location, and the process took over an hour and a half to get it, while a person was there but was no help. If the lady I called on the phone had not helped we might still be there!!!!! Then you the switched drop off location and had me return it to a place that no longer accepted trucks and we called again to find out what to do with it???? Then you tried to overcharge me. I will never rent from UHaul again.
