Their iPad was down and so they were actually taking pictures of my ID and my debit card and sending it to someone at home to load my information. Then, when the truck was driven, there was a problem with the exhaust. It was out of alignment, so it was always pulling to the left. It was not a well-maintained truck and the service was horrible. It took almost 45 minutes to get the truck and pull out of the rental place.

Had a brand new Truck - 7300 miles on it. Staff at the Sunrise Marathon were very nice. It always takes time to pick up the truck, but this group was very pleasant.
