Went to pick up the 20 foot rental truck at the above location that your representative confirmed with me on Thursday. Go there this morning. No 20 foot truck. No one there at 9am which I was told someone would be there. Your employee finally showed up at 9:30. Had movers at my house waiting on me to get back with truck. Only a 15 footer in the lot. Why would you confirm a reservation and not follow through or not call me the day before and tell me I need to go to another location to get the truck I needed. Now I have to hire movers again tomorrow and finish moving. But, With another company that was much more helpful and understanding of my situation and gave me a discount for my inconvenience in dealing with your shit show. Was I offered a discount from your company? No. Was I put on hold 3 times this morning calling your 1-800 number and each time the phone call was dropped? YES. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. I will be posting as many bad reviews of Uhaul as I can on social media and advising anyone in the future to not use your services. My father rents 30 or more vehicles from your company each year. He will no longer use Uhaul as well. It’s also pretty sad (not to mention illegal) when your employee shows up to the location LATE smoking a cigarette with her two children under 18 in her car. Is this the type of person you want representing your company? And she also tells me I should have just gone into a location rather than making a reservation online because in her words “this happens all the time”. I sure hope this gets posted online so people can see how unprofessional your company is.

Service from this location was excellent. However, I did not choose this location which was inconvenience for me. I made the reservation online to pick up equipment at the Broadway location, but got an email to pick up equipment 10 miles farther. When I got to the location, they did not have me on their schedule, which delayed everything since she had to contact the scheduling department to find out why I was sent there and did not have me on the list to pick up equipment. She was frustrated as well because she didnt' want to feel as she was provided bad customer service. U-Haul can do better for customers by not sending them all over the place which is inconvenience especially if it's out of the way.

Clean up office, assure the personnel isn't smoking inside, get a phone so the clients don't have to let the personnel borrow their own, have paperwork ready to be signed up if client checked in online previously, give client ALL necessary paperwork about the uhaul, see if the physic center door could be closed for religious purposes, change location mail box for returned keys to a safer spot (not on the busy street without any lock)

Sweat pants, and no bra. This woman didn't know what was going on. It's ashame that uhaul has allowed her to be a representative. She rented us a truck that we didn't want. Stated it would be the same price without detailing the difference in mileage fees. Rented us a local truck when we wanted a one way truck. Charged my credit card without giving me a total. Didn't transfer the truck to our new location. When we arrived at out destination, the location almost didn't take the truck back. And recommend we drive back to the local office over an hour away with traffic. Awful. So unprofessional. The Vacaville location had to call her twice and TALK HER THROUGH the transaction. She has no clue what she is doing. #neveragain

Just shouldn't be a satellite place unless chance of having someone there longer periods of time. At Return, no one around. Secure key drop UNSECURED (a $20 mailbox..illegal to use...was NOT locked inside flap) Had to spend over 1 hr on phone trying to return with approval. Homeless couple on side of building, seem nice..but ???

This location was terrible. I reserved a truck for 10:30 am and was told it was ready for pick up. When I arrived, on time, the location was closed. There was no contact Info. posted anywhere, I had to call the Uhaul main line. Once I received? a Uhaul representative, they then had to call the shop owner and tell them we were there, waiting. We had to wait 30 min . for the shop owner to arrive, on top of the check in procedure time, cutting into our moving day time. The shop owner gave me wrong information, telling me I could return the truck to another, more convenient Uhaul location, but the other location told me that with my rental type, that was incorrect and I would accrue a $200-$300 wrong location fee if I were to leave it with them. If I would have dropped the truck after hours, I would have never knew that and accrued the fee. Then, once I went to return the truck to the Psychic Center, once again, the shop was closed, with no drop box or safe place to return the keys. Again, I had to stand out on a busy road, for another 20 minutes, on the phone with Uhaul, who had to call the shop owners to ask where the keys could be left. The whole experience was so terrible, so much time wasted when you are tired and on a schedule. This shop should not be a dealer and I would Strongly not recommend renting from here. This location does not have regular business hours and seems to never be open and that is not conducive to a Uhaul rental service.

It took over 45 minutes for the clerk to do the contract on her computer. She had to call a friend numerous times before she was able to complete it. She was also unable to give us a copy of the contract. Before we left we noticed that the gas tank was only half full and she said she would make a note and that we only had to fill it to about half. Apparently she didn't make the note because we were charged for extra fuel.
