No one was there except a receptionist to help me. She was great but I didn’t know how to hook it up correctly. My neighbor helped me. The lights did not work on the u- haul.

I specifically said I was dropping it off in Surprise, AZ and when I dropped it off I got charged $160 more because this location did the wrong paperwork.

It took an hour to get service and the staff is not particularly friendly at all. They are inaccurate in doing their rental agreements and if customers don't review the paperwork closely they may end up without coverage they want (insurance) or with too many days listed on the agreement. Yesterday I rented from them and asked for 24 hours. When I looked at the agreement closely today I noticed that they charged me for 2 days instead of one. I was very specific in stating that I only needed 24 hours. Staff seems very apathetic when it comes to making sure that their paperwork is accurate.

The young lady at the 2 guys location lied about refunding the deposit to the tow dolly, then i called the drip off location in tucson and let them know I was a half hour behind on the return they said that's fine use it the full hour at no charge and when I turned it back with the exact amount of gas n swept it out for the 25$ return fee they then said i could go and that they would fix the mis understanding with .the dolly and call me back, they DID just to say they were gona keep the 49.99 for dolly plus I needed to pay an extra 14.99 insurance for dolly (that i didnt use or take from safford) to pay for the hour over! THEN Tucsons drop off called Again and said still 7.00$ MORE for mileage!! I will not ever do business or recommend anyone to uhaul again!

Upon driving off the Uhaul property, I had rented a auto tow unit, the person assisting me did not put the raps up and driving down the highway a local deputy stopped me to alert me of the ramps. He assisted me i putting them up to where they being. Also, I had to attempt to back the trailer unit up to get out of a motel parking lot, after $175.00 cost from a wrecker at 2:00AM, The wrecker person informed me that the tow unit had a bad bearing and would not allow backing up in the correct manner.

Drop off site was closed Sat & Sun when we called 800 number were told could drop off Mon after 3 when got off work & no additional charge but was charged 31. And change, when asked girl about it she said she had to call & took my number would get take care of it to get refund & call me. Never heard a thing or got refund. ??

When the auto transport I was supposed to get didn't have a rear chain, one of the workers went and got a chain off of another unit and attached it for me so I had the safety measures I needed.

Dropped the trailers off, went inside to find no one. Waited and waited and was finally approached. Was asked what we needed, told them we were there to drop off the trailers and was then told that we were good to go and didn’t need to do anything. Then two weeks later get phone calls from U-Haul stating that we never returned the trailers

I called to confirm that everything was in order due to me dropping the equipment off before their opening that day. I spoke to someone concerning the utility dolly not being given to me. I was told that she'd contact corporate and call me back to tell me what was to happen. I never received a call back!

When we walked in, it was a big empty room. We were not greeted or acknowledged for about 20 minutes. We were left standing there wondering what we were supposed to do to get someone's attention or if we were even in the right place. Finally a woman offered to help us. She was great and the experience ended well. I would recommend better service up front so no one has to guess what they are supposed to do.

The truck was empty on fuel but we where expected to return it full, no cruise control and the equipment request was not supplied! I will never use U-Haul again!!

They never looked at the gas gauge it was at 3/4 when we got the truck we fill it up to that amount and they additionally charged us another $8.00! The guy in the office was very unfriendly like he hated his job! People in Safford AZ need customer service training!

I had a awful experience with uhaul. I only needed a 10 foot then they said they only a 20 foot and when I picked up I got a 26 foot. My card has charged twice. I had to wait at uhaul for over an hour waiting for themto fix the mistake on the paper work. I would not use two brothers uhaul again. They have no customer service skills. And I've been over charged!
