I am beyond disappointed and if I could get a refund then I absolutely would. Not only was I charged $160 to use a U-Haul from Friday July 10th at 9am to Saturday July 11th at 4:15pm. They also charged me an additional $51.70 for 9 gallons of gas. That is $5.67 per gallon that is absolutely ridiculous. I was not made aware that we needed to fill the U-Haul before returning it. We didn’t go over in mileage, we drove 125 miles and were charged an additional amount for gas. If I would’ve been made aware of this, I would’ve put gas in it myself but I was not made aware. I am very upset and I will never be renting a u-haul again. -10/10 experience I couldn’t be more disappointed.

Kenneth PThe van smelled like they where growing weed inside the cab my self and 14 yr. daughter had to smell that SHIT for about an hour, and even with the windows down still then air out is very good the smell was still in there when I returned it. OH the gauge on the dashboard said that the front tire was low on air . Surprising I didn't have to check the transmission fluid and oil too I mean what I have to do be the maintenance man too while I am just trying to be a driver.
