Location forgot to put dolly and furniture pads in the truck. The location was closed so had to utilize truck without the equipment that was paid for.

This office was closed which was disappointing. There were no personnel. I would have taken the truck to Bay Road had I realized Shattuck would be closed. However they did email me my final receipt in a timely way and it was not busy.
CAROLYN GWrong key was in the lock box. Had to call to get access to another lock box. Please be careful when providing customers with keys and instructions. It took about 15-20 minutes of extra time to get it straightened out.
David HLisa was very helpful when picking up my one way rental. Thanks!
