Was a bit pricey. We had the truck for about 6 hours. I cleaned it, filled the gas tank and still got charged $5.62 after paying $100.00 before we took possession of the vehicle. You have a good racket going on.

1st uhaul facility did not open on time due to employee not opening up store. 2nd facility was good as usual . Then I was tricked into providing a return time that ended up being a HARD DEADLINE with penalties (5 hours later). VERY DISAPOINTED WITH UHAUL TRICKERY! Uhaul check in staff / reservation should inform the customer that customer is providing a hard deadline check in time, and late fees will apply even though customer is paying for the day. BTY most people consider a day 24hrs. I am warning all my friends Uhaul type friends to stear clear of Uhaul conniving practices.

20/day my ass!!! They charged me $89 for driving 70 miles ... I cleaned the filthy truck, washed it, and even filled it back up! That is ridiculous!!

I left my jacket in the truck and I called later to see if they found the jacket. All they said is they couldn't find the jacket and the truck has already left. They didn't try to help in anyway. I have called back multiple times to see if they can contact the current renter but they have done nothing to help. If they are any steps you could do to help with this process that would be great.

I did an after hours drop off to the original location I chose when I rented the trailer. Unbeknownst to me, the location had been changed. It took 30+ mins to get the details worked out. Kudos to John at your call center for helping me.

Employees weren’t very professional when I came to pickup my reserved vehicle on Saturday 10/6/18. Goofing off in front of customers isn’t the best thing for a professional image. Upon returning the truck to the same location Sunday at 9am, the employee was about 45 min to an hour late arriving to the store to open the doors. 5 customers waiting to return or rent something that morning.

I picked this enclosed trailer for a 4-day trip to Tennessee for my brothers wedding, carrying a 3K sound system. Enclosed because this is not an inexpensive item that needs to be wet. Even after urged to get minimum insurance for the trailer for safety reasons, I arrive in Tenn. with a system that is half wet from rain. Upon return of the poor god forsaken trailer, I am then told there is a 1800 number to call and it is, "not a quick process", if I have anything that needs to be addressed in that nature. Needless to say, I will never recommend, use, or utilize anything having to do with U-Haul as I am out 350$ in equipment due to rain damage inside of an enclosed trailer. Thanks for the crap service. Have the same day!

Normally I like dealing with this location. This time, however, there were a lot of issues getting my reservation straight. I'd get calls from the scheduling department that had the date and time wrong. I'd call to fix it and then I would get another message with the same wrong time and date. I spoke to this location on the phone for the original reservation and then within the last week I spoke to them 5 or more time trying to get the reservation straight. Then when I went to pick it up the computer system would say I owed one price then it would come up something different. I stood there for over 45 minutes while they tried to straighten it out. Pathetic.

The person who made the reservation and issued the truck was 100% professional and did an excellent job. However, the two individuals who checked in the vehicle at the end of the day were not so professional. They accused me of bringing the vehicle back short on fuel and were going to attempt to charge $4.95 per gallon. I had taken a picture of the Fuel Guage with my Iphone. The Fuel needle was slightly above the 3/4 tank indicator when I got the vehicle and that is how I returned it. I showed the picture to the two representatives and they said I had taken it from a different angle. I am a 60 year old Male and have no reason or willingness to cheat on a fuel bill from Uhaul. I have been using uhaul equipment for years and thjs is the first time this has a occurred. I normally use the North Charleston Location and have never had any such issue. The two who checked me in should receive some customer service training at the least.
