This location is in someone’s yard in a neighborhood. There was no office where you could see information about the product, rent moving blankets, dolleys, or othet accessories. We did the entire transaction outdoors on the attendant’s cell phone, so I couldn’t read through forms or see what I was signing. The attendant seemed to not know much about the products. I was stuck hooking up a very heavy trailer myself because it was far too heavy for the attendant to lift. Also, she asked me multiple times if I wanted coverage and I said no, and I just got my receipt and I got charged $32 for safe tow. I need that to be refunded ASAP please.
