The car hauler was sitting in an overgrown area and when we loaded the car the ratchet straps for the tie down were not working properly. We lubricated them and got them working. The people at the location were very kind so I’m not complaining about them, not sure how often their equipment is rented. All in all we were good and the trailer did fine on the 650 mile back home.

The website. Getting the reservation easy. Getting the vehicle very difficult
ANTHONY BMy original reservation was changed to another location, which was closed bc it was a Saturday morning. I wasn’t informed that it had changed until I showed up at the original location I had booked it through and luckily they were open to tell me that it had changed. The new location I had to pick it up from was super sketchy and luckily I had a friend with me to park my car somewhere else while we used the truck because I didn’t trust leaving it there for hours. It then took me almost an hour on the phone with customer service to get the code to open the lock box because the app didn’t work. The app also didn’t work when I returned the truck and I had to end up calling customer service (again) so that they could enter that I had returned it. Overall, it was an absolute nightmare experience and next time I’ll use another company or hire movers just to avoid having to rent from you guys. I’m rating my experience not just at this location, but overall with the entire experience with renting from the company.

ANDREW GThe pick up location was quick and easy super friendly people. I really enjoyed meeting them. And it felt very personal unlike the drop off, which was all work on my end taking photos submitting photos. It’s almost like U-Haul didn’t wanna lift a finger. It made me do all the work. When I rented with Pinsky, I didn’t have to do any of that. Somebody walked out to the truck and looked at it wrote something down on a clipboard, and I hopped in and was on my way. This app and Photos is not convenient whatsoever. That is not a reflection on the location of dogs they were very nice and I would go back to them anytime I would even go to them for my other needs such as auto repair. It was the drop off location that I was not a fan of
